Do we offer expedited shipping?+

Yes, at checkout please select UPS Next Day Air Saver for orders within the US and UPS Worldwide Expedited for International orders.

Who is responsible for international customs fees and taxes? +

You, as the customer, are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "used" when shipped outside of the United States. We cannot declare any item as a "gift".

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges? +

Swan Affordable Handbags cannot be held responsible for any customs charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee.

How can I track my order? +

When will my item(s) be Shipped? +

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has been shipped.

Are the images shown on your website for sale? +

The images shown on the website are not for sale. The images are a representation of the inventory offered for purchase.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items. You can always place a second order for any items your forgot to add.

Sorry, we do not offer any price matching or adjustments for any of our unique products at this time.

What is the Return Policy? +

Items can be returned or exchanged withing (14 Days) of purchase. Once your merchandise has been received and verified as being unworn, unaltered with the original tags attached with the original packaging you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item along with the status of your refund as all items need to meet the return conditions. Once approved a full refund will automatically be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing time. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. To request a return please send an email to our support team at support @ swan-handbags.com.
